PRODUCT QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY

The company "ALTERNATIVA MEDICA" has been producing dietary preparations based on medicinal plants from the Loznica region for many years and has successfully established its market position inside and outside the domestic market. The products have become a recognizable sign of the organization. In order to continue this trend, I am introducing the following Product Quality and Safety Policy.

This policy refers to the production of dietary preparations in the company "ALTERNATIVA MEDICA".

The goal of the company is to apply GMP guidelines, the requirements of food safety management system standards and quality management system standards, while respecting valid legal regulations, to prove to its customers that the entire production process, from procurement of medicinal plants to sale, takes place under strictly controlled conditions. In this way, we want to achieve that the customers are satisfied with the quality and health safety of the products and that they continue to have a high level of trust in us.

Medicinal herbs, packaging, all starting materials and auxiliary means used by the organization "ALTERNATIVA MEDICA" correspond to the defined specifications, legal regulations and are constantly produced in such a way that they meet the quality standards according to their intended use.

The company "ALTERNATIVA MEDICA" pays great attention to the constant training of all employees who participate in the production of dietary products, on the subject of professional knowledge, hygiene rules and rules of behavior at work.

In the company "ALTERNATIVA MEDICA" there is open and honest communication with customers, suppliers, employees and inspection authorities, in order to fully comply with the requirements of users and regulations and to maintain good mutual cooperation with suppliers of raw materials, packaging and raw materials.

This Product Quality and Health Safety Policy must be respected by every employee with the aim of continuously improving the production system, and it is reviewed every year and is the subject of trainings. The policy is valid from the day it is signed by the Founder and Director and is valid until the new version appears.
