Oni koji su skloni reumati\u010dnim tegobama treba da izbegavaju \u017eito, kukuruz, mleko i mle\u010dne proizvode, meso, ribu, rafinisani \u0161e\u0107er, \u017eivotinjske masti, industrijski prera\u0111enu hranu, krompir, plavi paradajz, papriku, biber, alkohol, kafu i kakao.<\/p>\n<p>Meso sadr\u017ei najve\u0107u koli\u010dinu purina, toksi\u010dnih i azotnih materija koje stvaraju velike koli\u010dine mokra\u0107ne kiseline koju bubrezi ne stignu da izbace i koja ide u zglobove.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160ta jesti<\/h3>\n<p>Hrana koja poma\u017ee je beli luk, kapsule ribljeg ulja, biljna vlakna, namirnice koje tope prekomerne kilograme, ulja bogata vitaminom E (od soje, klica \u017eita, masline i lana).<br \/>\nKod hroni\u010dnog reumatizma poma\u017ee blago doma\u0107e belo vino, ali ne i crno, jer uzrokuje gubitak minerala i kalcijuma.<br \/>\nPivski kvasac bogat je vitaminom B, dok su orasi, bademi i pasulj krcati magnezijumom.<\/p>\n<h3>Terapija biljem<\/h3>\n<p>Biljka aloja (Aloe vera L.) je odli\u010dna u le\u010denju i prevenciji reumatskih tegoba. Posebno je delotvoran njen sok.<\/p>\n<p>Medunika, ili plu\u0107njak (Pulmonaria officinalis L.) sti\u0161ava bolove i zapaljenske procese, a uz to je i diureti\u010dna i osloba\u0111a organizam toksina.<\/p>\n<p>Rastavi\u0107 (Equisetum arvense L.) ima remineraliziraju\u0107e dejstvo, bogat je posebno silicijumom (popravlja gipkost i elasti\u010dnosti zglobova).<\/p>\n<p>Kopriva (Urtica dioica L.) je puna minerala, a mo\u017ee da se pije i njen sok.
