S vremena na vreme svi mi jednostavno \u017eelimo pobe\u0107i od stvarnosti i obaveza koje svakodnevno moramo obavljati. Sve \u0161to u \u017eivotu radimo bilo bi puno jednostavnije kada bismo obavezama pristupali bez stresa, ali tu se postavlja pitanje kako se re\u0161iti stresa.<\/p>\n<h3>Usporite<\/h3>\n<p>Kada osetite umor i nedostatak snage za obavljane obveza, nemojte. Usporite, uzmite neko vreme samo za sebe i pro\u0161etajte ili jednostavno iza\u0111ite na vazduh i u dru\u0161tvu prijatelja popijte kafu na suncu. Zaboravite telefon i druge stvari koje vam stvaraju stres i dopustite sebi nekoliko minuta opu\u0161tanja. Prona\u0111ite u sebi dodatnu motivaciju i tek tada se vratite obavezama.<\/p>\n<h3>Spavajte \u0161to vi\u0161e<\/h3>\n<p>Jedan od glavnih uzro\u010dnika stresa je manjak sna zbog kojeg sve obveze obavljamo preumorni i sa \u201cpola mozga\u201d. Iskoristite svaku priliku koju imate kako biste uhvatili dodatni san i kako biste pobolj\u0161ali svoju produktivnost i oja\u010dali svoj imunitet.<\/p>\n<h3>Sledite svoju intuiciju<\/h3>\n<p>Kao i svaka dobro organizovana osoba, va\u017eno je da imate plan za sve i da organizujete svoj dan. No, ako ponekad imate \u010dudan ose\u0107aj u \u017eelucu koji vam govori da neke stvari ne biste trebali raditi redom kojim ste ih zamislili, odlo\u017eite ih za kasnije. Kada vam se de\u0161ava gore navedena situacija, to vam govori va\u0161a intuicija, a ona retko kad gre\u0161i.
