Ona mo\u017ee biti faktor koji doprinosi mnogim zdravstvenim problemima.<\/p>\n<p>Mnogo faktora doprinosi lo\u0161oj cirkulaciji, kao \u0161to je sedentan na\u010din \u017eivota, pu\u0161enje, opijanje, kofein, lo\u0161a ishrana i dugo sedenje na poslu. Postoje i neki medicinski uzroci \u2013 trudno\u0107a, dijabetes, visok holesterol, bolest \u0161titne \u017elezde, gojaznost, visok pritisak, nervni poreme\u0107aji, anemija, uski ili blokirani krvni sudovi (kapilari) i alergije na odre\u0111ene namirnice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve\u017ebanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u017ebanjem \u0107ete najlak\u0161e pobolj\u0161ati cirkulaciju krvi. Nema potrebe za te\u0161kim treninzima i dizanjem tegova.
