Holesterol je neophodan sastojak mnogih supstanci u organizmu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i hormone koji su nam potrebni za razne telesne funckije.<\/p>\n<p>Organizmu nije potrebno mnogo holesterola i <strong>suvi\u0161an holesterol se talo\u017ei du\u017e zidova arterija<\/strong>, \u0161to lo\u0161e uti\u010de na krvotok i onemoguju\u0107e dotok krvi u razli\u010dite delove tela.<\/p>\n<h3>Koja je hrana za sni\u017eavanje holesterola najbolja<\/h3>\n<p>Hrana sa trans mastima i hidrogenizovana ulja su suprotna od hrane koja smanjuje nivo holesterola i definitivno treba smanjiti njihovo kori\u0161\u0107enje. Mnogi lekari tako\u0111e preporu\u010duju izbegavanje hrane sa zasic\u0301enim mastima. Njima se preporu\u010duju mononenasic\u0301ene masti i polinenasic\u0301ene masti. To uklju\u010duje hranu poput avokada, maslinovog ulja, oraha i semena lana.<\/p>\n<p>Pored smanjivanja unosa \u0161tetnih masti, jedan od klju\u010dnih elemenata za borbu protiv visokog holesterola jeste unos hrane bogate vlaknima. Vlakna se nalaze u biljnoj hrane, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i povrc\u0301e, voc\u0301e, \u017eitarice i mahunarke.<\/p>\n<h3>Namirnice koje treba izbegavati<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Zaboravite na masnije sireve, punomasno mleko, pavlaku i jogurt.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dumance jajeta bogato je holesterolom, stoga ne bi trebalo jesti vi\u0161e od tri jajeta nedeljno.<\/li>\n<li>Izbegavajte svinjsku mast, palmino ulje i margarin.<\/li>\n<li>Proredite upotrebu svih vrsta masnog mesa i ne zaboravite da prilikom konzumacije piletine odstranite ko\u017eicu.<\/li>\n<li>Smanjite unos pr\u017eenog krompira, \u010dipsa, i ostalih grickalica<\/li>\n<li>Prestanite da pu\u0161ite. Time \u0107ete dodatno uticati na pove\u0107anje HDL \u201cdobrog\u201d holesterola.<\/li>\n<li>Kada je u pitanju alkohol \u2013 vi\u0161e od 1-2 pi\u0107a dnevno mo\u017ee imati negativne posledice po zdravlje.<\/li>\n<li>Rafinisani \u0161e\u0107er pove\u0107ava rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, doprinosi zna\u010dajnom pove\u0107anju triglicerida u krvi, te smanjenju \u201cdobrog\u201d (HDL) i pove\u0107anju \u0161tetnog (LDL) holesterola.<\/li>\n<li>Stres je tako\u0111e jedan od uzroka povi\u0161enog nivoa holesterola, pa se potrudite da imate \u0161to vi\u0161e vremena za opu\u0161tanje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>FIZI\u010cKA AKTIVNOST UTI\u010cE NA POVI\u0160EN HOLESTEROL<\/h3>\n<p>Fizi\u010dka neaktivnost se smatra jednim od vode\u0107ih uzroka sr\u010danih oboljenja. Kod mnogih osoba fizi\u010dka aktivnost uti\u010de na povi\u0161enje HDL (tkz \u201cdobri\u201d holesterol), \u0161to dovodi do smanjenja rizika od sr\u010danih oboljenja. Fizi\u010dka aktivnost tako\u0111e poma\u017ee kontroli telesne te\u017eine, visokog pritiska i dijabeta.
