Nepravilna kombinacija hrane, mali broj obroka i neredovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost dovode do poreme\u0107aja u regulisanju nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i ugro\u017eavaju zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p>Ne treba dozvoliti da se \u0161e\u0107erna bolest razvije i da do\u0111e do komplikacija koje zahvataju kompletan organizam. Tako, je recimo jelovnik za dijabeti\u010dare na insulinu po nekima izuzetno strog i zahtevan, dok je kod drugih slobodniji. Ovo nije pravilo, ali mnogu to tako tuma\u010de i svakako gre\u0161e. Nikada ne jedite previ\u0161e. Bolje je jesti \u010de\u0161\u0107e a manje. Obavezno je gladovanje jednom nedeljno. Pazite da vam \u017eeludac i creva budu o\u010di\u0161\u0107eni, koristite laksativne \u010dajeve i klizmu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesto jedite ka\u0161u od zobi. Zobena kura je pomogla i tamo gde su svi ostali lekovi zakazali. Pijte i \u010daj od zobi dva-tri puta pa dan. Va\u017eno je napomenuti da se zob kuva 2-5 minuta, nikako vi\u0161e. Za pahuljice je dovoljno 2 minuta, a onda pustiti ka\u0161u da odstoji i da se zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Pijte \u010dajeve od lista borovnice ili lista duda.
