Uzroci i pomo\u0107"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SVAKI dan sve vi\u0161e ljudi se \u017eali na umor i iscrpljenost. Sve je vi\u0161e onih koji ose\u0107aju nemo\u0107, bude se svakog jutra iscrpljeni i mrzovoljni, nedovoljno spremni kako za umni, tako i za fizi\u010dki rad, pla\u0161e\u0107i se da ne\u0107e sti\u0107i na vreme da zavr\u0161e sve obaveze. Tempo \u017eivota nas \u010desto zaista \u010dini umornim i bezvoljnim da uradimo bilo \u0161ta. Umor je postao na\u010din \u017eivota, znak na\u0161e prebukirane svakodnevnice, nova epidemija savremenog dru\u0161tva. Izlo\u017eeni su mu ljudi svih zanimanja, a izgleda da su mu naro\u010dito podlo\u017ene \u017eene.<\/p>\n<p>Umor je odbrambena reakcija organizma koji nam na taj na\u010din stavlja do znanja da smo preterali, da smo na ivici snaga. Uzroci umora su mnogobrojni. U tri odsto slu\u010dajeva posredi je reakcija na probleme u li\u010dnom i profesionalnom \u017eivotu. U 23 odsto slu\u010dajeva za umor je odgovorno neko psihi\u010dko oboljenje, a u 16 odsto slu\u010dajeva on je posledica razli\u010ditih bolesti. Manje nam je doku\u010div i razumljiv psihi\u010dki umor, jo\u0161 jedna vrsta umora koji je rezultat onoga \u0161to pre\u017eivljavamo, a koji je prisutan u 80 odsto slu\u010dajeva i koji se karakteri\u0161e gubitkom elana, odsustvom motivacije i \u017eelje da radimo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160TA POMA\u017dE?<\/h2>\n<p>Najbolji na\u010din da se oslobodimo umora je\u00a0<strong>kvalitetan i dovoljno dug san<\/strong>. Prose\u010dno bi trebalo\u00a0 spavati\u00a0<strong>7-8 sati<\/strong>. Osim sna, od pomo\u0107i su i kratkotrajni\u00a0<strong>odmori u toku posla<\/strong>\u00a0kao i izme\u0111u odre\u00ad\u0111enih aktivnosti. Vrsta i na\u010din odmora zavisi i od posla koji je doveo do umora. Nakon fizi\u010dkog rada, potreban je\u00a0<strong>pasivan odmor<\/strong>: sedenje, le\u017eanje ili spavanje, dok se kod intelektualnog preporu\u010duje\u00a0<strong>aktivni odmor<\/strong>: \u0161etnja, razgibavanje, lagana sportska aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Ako umor traje du\u017ee od pola godine, i uzrok nije utvr\u0111en, mo\u017ee se raditi o\u00a0<strong>sindromu hroni\u010dnog umora<\/strong>. Ovo stanje mo\u017ee potpuno da onesposobi osobu, \u010dak i njene uobi\u010dajene dnevne aktivnosti\u00a0 se dovode u pitanje. Umor mogu pratiti i nesvestica, op\u0161ta slabost, bolovi u telu, nizak pritisak,\u00a0 poti\u0161tenost, neraspolo\u017eenje. Neki pacijenti imaju blago povi\u0161enu temperaturu, ose\u0107aj trnjenja u nogama i rukama. U le\u010denju hroni\u010dnog umora nepoznatog porekla, delotvorni su psihoterapija i fizi\u010dka aktivnost. Umor je posledica pa su definisanje uzroka i njegovo uklanjanje na\u010din da se umor savlada.<\/p>\n<h2>UMOR I POSAO<\/h2>\n<p>Iako statistike pokazuju da je radna produktivnost ve\u0107a kada je radno vreme kra\u0107e, ipak radimo sve du\u017ee. Produ\u017eavanje radnog vremena ne samo da je potencijalno \u0161tetno po zdravlje i umanjuje kvalitet \u017eivota zaposlenog ve\u0107 je pitanje koliko doprinosi unapre\u0111enju posla. U i\u0161\u010dekivanju skra\u0107enja radnog vremena korisno je podsetiti se \u0161ta uti\u010de na ubla\u017eavanje umora: pravilna ishrana, fizi\u010dka aktivnost, izbegavanje kafe, alkohola i duvana. Od velikog zna\u010daja su dobro raspolo\u017eenje i vedriji pogled na \u017eivot, \u010dime se dodatno ja\u010da organizam u borbi sa stresom i velikim psihofizi\u010dkim naporima.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>STOP STIMULANSIMA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>U otklanjanju umora i pobolj\u0161anju radne sposobnosti, ponekad se koriste razni stimulansi. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e i naj\u0161ire su primenjivani\u00a0<strong>kofein i tein<\/strong>\u00a0koji u malim koli\u010dinama mogu imati pozitivan u\u010dinak, dok u ve\u0107im predstavljaju opasnost za zdravlje. Stimulanse iz grupe simpatomimetika (amfetamin na primer), ne treba koristiti. Isto je i sa lekovima iz grupe hipnotika (lekovi za spavanje) kao i sa sedativima (lekovi za umirenje).
