Razlikujemo privremenu, ponavljaju\u0107u i stalnu nesanicu, a sve tri uti\u010du na umanjivanje kvaliteta \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>Tako nesanica mo\u017ee da prouzrokuje ili poja\u010da depresiju i psihi\u010dke probleme. Opasna posledica nesanice je i dnevni umor koji ne samo da negativno uti\u010de na svakodnevnicu, nego je \u010desto i uzrok za nastanak saobra\u0107ajne nesre\u0107e.<br \/>\nPre svega hrkanje povezano sa prestajanjem disanja mo\u017ee biti uzrok za pove\u0107avanje krvnog pritiska ili problema u radu srca.<\/p>\n<p>Nesanica mo\u017ee biti privremena ili hroni\u010dna. Gotovo svako ima povremene besane no\u0107i, mo\u017eda zbog stresa, \u017egaravice ili pijenja previ\u0161e kofeina ili alkohola. Koliko sna je dovoljno diskutabilno je i nije ta\u010dno odre\u0111eno. Iako je 7 sati sna op\u0161ti prosek, nekim ljudima je dovoljno 4 ili 5 sati sna, dok drugi trebaju 9 ili 10 sati no\u0107nog sna.<\/p>\n<h2>SIMPTOMI<\/h2>\n<p>Od nesanice obolevaju i mu\u0161karci i \u017eene nezavisno o dobi, iako se \u010dini da je vi\u0161e uobi\u010dajena kod \u017eena (pogotovo nakon <strong>menopauze<\/strong>) i kod starijih ljudi. Sposobnost spavanja, vi\u0161e nego potreba za snom, opada sa starenjem.<br \/>\nOp\u0161ti simptomi nesanice se razlikuju od pojedinca do pojedinca, ali su lako uo\u010dljivi, a neki od njih mogu biti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nemogu\u0107nost dovoljnog spavanja no\u0107u<\/li>\n<li>Te\u0161ko\u0107e prilikom\u00a0uspavljivanja<\/li>\n<li>Bu\u0111enje tokom no\u0107i<\/li>\n<li>Dnevni umor ili pospanost<\/li>\n<li>Razdra\u017eljivost tokom dana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>UZROCI NESANICE<\/h2>\n<p>Odre\u0111ena stanja kao \u0161to su stres, nervoza, medicinski problem ili uzimanje odre\u0111enih lekova, mogu biti pojedini od uzroka nesanice. Prolazna i povremena nesanica obi\u010dno se pojavljuju kod ljudi koji su privremeno izlo\u017eeni nekom od slede\u0107ih faktora:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stres<\/li>\n<li>Buka u okolini<\/li>\n<li>Ekstremne temperature<\/li>\n<li>Promene okru\u017eenja<\/li>\n<li>Promene u ritmu spavanja i budnosti<\/li>\n<li>Nuspojave lekova<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hroni\u010dna nesanica je kompleksnija i \u010desto je rezultat kombinacije faktora, koji imaju u pozadini fizi\u010dke i mentalne poreme\u0107aje. Jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka hroni\u010dne nesanice je depresija. Druge bolesti koje za posledicu mogu imati nesanicu uklju\u010duju artritis, bolesti bubrega, sr\u010dane bolesti, astmu, narkolepsiju, sindrom nemirnih nogu, Parkinsonovu bolest, poja\u010dan rad \u0161titne \u017elezde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me\u0111utim, neki oblici pona\u0161anja mogu pogodovati razvoju hroni\u010dne nesanice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O\u010dekivanje te\u0161ko\u0107a kod spavanja i briga zbog toga<\/li>\n<li>Konzumiranje preteranih koli\u010dina kofeina<\/li>\n<li>Pijenje alkohola pre spavanja<\/li>\n<li>Pu\u0161enje cigareta pre spavanja<\/li>\n<li>Preterano dremanje popodne ili predve\u010de<\/li>\n<li>Povremeno ili stalno naru\u0161avanje rasporeda spavanja i bu\u0111enja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>DIJAGNOZA<\/h2>\n<p>Nesanicu je ponekad te\u0161ko dijagnostifikovati zbog njene delimi\u010dno subjektivne prirode. Neki obrasci spavanja i stepeni dnevnog umora za neke ljude predstavljaju simptome nesanice dok ih drugi tako ne do\u017eivljavaju. U proceni kvaliteta i koli\u010dine sna pacijenta doktor se slu\u017ei razgovorom sa pacijentom, odnosno partnerom. Od pomo\u0107i mo\u017ee biti i &#8222;dnevnik spavanja&#8220; u koji pacijent opisuje karakteristike spavanja.<\/p>\n<h2>LE\u010cENJE<\/h2>\n<p>Prolazna i povremena nesanica naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ne zahtevaju le\u010denje budu\u0107i da epizode traju samo par dana. Na primer, ako je nesanica nastala zbog premo\u0161tenja vremenskih razlika biolo\u0161ki sat osobe \u0107e se s vremenom vratiti u normalu. Ipak, neki ljudi koji pate od dnevne pospanosti i imaju problema sa obavljanjem svakodnevnih aktivnosti kao rezultat nesanice, kori\u0161tenjem kratkodeluju\u0107ih tableta za spavanje mogu pobolj\u0161ati san i budnost slede\u0107eg dana.<\/p>\n<h2>Le\u010denje hroni\u010dne nesanice se sastoji od:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Otkrivanja i le\u010denja potencijalnih medicinskih ili psiholo\u0161kih problema koji uzrokuju nesanicu<\/li>\n<li>Identifikovanja i spre\u010davanja (reduciranja) oblika pona\u0161anja koja mogu pogor\u0161ati ili izazvati nesanicu<\/li>\n<li>Propisivanja tableta za spavanje. Dugoro\u010dno kori\u0161tenje tableta za spavanje kod hroni\u010dne nesanice je upitno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pacijent koji uzima tablete za spavanje treba biti pod nadzorom lekara, da bi se procenila efikasnost i\u00a0pratile nuspojave. Uop\u0161teno, ovi lekovi se prepisuju u najmanjoj dozi i najkra\u0107em mogu\u0107em trajanju koje je potrebno da se re\u0161e problemi povezani sa spavanjem. Prekidanje le\u010denja nekim od lekova iz ove grupe mora biti postepeno, jer bi nagli prekid uzimanja leka mogao uzrokovati ponovu pojavu simptoma.<\/p>\n<h2>Primene nekih tehnika kojima se mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati san:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Opu\u0161taju\u0107e tehnike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Postoje brojni relaksacijski postupci koji me\u0111utim, obi\u010dno zahtevaju puno ve\u017ebe da bi se njima postiglo efikasno opu\u0161tanje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restrikcija sna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neki ljudi koji pate od nesanice provode previ\u0161e vremena u krevetu neuspe\u0161no poku\u0161avaju\u0107i zaspati. Njima mo\u017ee koristiti program restrikcije sna koji isprva dopu\u0161ta samo nekoliko sati sna tokom no\u0107i. Postepeno vreme se pove\u0107ava, sve dok se ne postigne adekvatan no\u0107ni san.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promena navika (dekondicioniranje)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovom se tehnikom nastoji promeniti navike u svezi sa spavanjem kod\u00a0osobe koja pati od nesanice. Osobi se obi\u010dno savetuje da ide u krevet samo kada je pospana. Ako ne mo\u017ee zaspati, osobi se preporu\u010duje da se digne iz kreveta i ostane budna dok ne postane pospana i tek onda se vrati u krevet. Za vrijeme tog procesa, osoba treba izbegavati popodnevne dremke, buditi se i i\u0107i u krevet svaki dan u isto vreme. S vremenom \u0107e se stvoriti navika povezivanja odre\u0111enog vremena i mesta sa spavanjem.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>PREPORUKE ZA DOBAR SAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>dobro prozra\u010dena spava\u0107a sobu, nespavanje u toploj prostoriji<\/li>\n<li>ne jesti te\u0161ku hranu ili pi\u0107a koja stimuli\u0161u barem dva sata pre odlaska u krevet<\/li>\n<li>ne i\u0107i u krevet napet ili ljut, s nagomilanim problemima<\/li>\n<li>ne raditi na ra\u010dunaru neposredno pre spavanja, jer previ\u0161e svetla smanjuje koli\u010dinu melatonina &#8211; hormona, koji je neophodan za san<\/li>\n<li>opustiti se pre odlaska u krevet \u2013 slu\u0161anjem lagane muzike, \u010ditanjem lepe knjige, ugodnim razgovorom<\/li>\n<li>preporu\u010duje se popiti topli napitak (biljni \u010daj), uzeti ka\u0161iku meda<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nesanica je vrlo ra\u0161iren problem i jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih poreme\u0107aja spavanja.
