Oni se skoro uvek pogor\u0161avaju \u00a0s promenama vremena, naro\u010dito s kraja leta. Penekad se javlja bol u le\u0111ima, koji mo\u017ee da se \u0161iri du\u017e noge. Nekada se bol ose\u0107a samo kod pokreta ili kada se menja vreme. Me\u0111utim reumatska oboljenja mogu da budu toliko te\u0161ka, da izazovu deformisanje zgloba ili kosti i da pacijent postane skoro nepokretan.
