Slobodni radikali o\u0161te\u0107uju zdrave \u0107elije i dovode do mutacija, \u0161to za posledicu mo\u017ee imati ozbiljne bolesti kao \u0161to je kancer. Ipak, za\u0161titne materije iz hrane koje se nazivaju antioksidansi, mogu da zaustave slobodne radikale.<\/p>\n<p>Imuni sistem \u0161titi organizam od nastanka raznih bolesti i omogu\u0107ava izgradnju prirodne odbrane od izaziva\u010da bolesti. Imuni sistem je zadu\u017een za odbranu organizma, a ukoliko nije u dobrom stanju mo\u017ee biti pobe\u0111en virusima i bakterijama i tada nastaje bolest.<\/p>\n<h2>Za\u0161to dolazi do pada imuniteta?<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ceste infekcije, pu\u0161enje, nedostatak sna, nepravilna ishrana, dugotrajna upotreba antibiotika, stres, zaga\u0111ena \u017eivotna sredina, te\u017eak fizi\u010dki i mentalni rad mogu o\u0161tetiti imunitet.<\/p>\n<p>Ponekad imuni sistem ne prepozna na vreme uljeze i \u0161tetne materije ili nema dovoljno snage da se bori sa njima i tada dolazi do bolesti.
